Terms of Ordering

Orders and payment

Online orders are paid by card via Square before the kitchen prepares your food. Prices shown include GST where applicable. Menu availability, category windows and kitchen hours can change; we may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or the kitchen is closed or paused.

Pickup, delivery and dine-in

• Pickup — collect from the restaurant address shown at checkout when your order is ready.
• Delivery — only within our configured delivery area and above any stated minimum order. Delivery fees are quoted at checkout. Times are estimates only.
• Dine-in (table QR) — orders from a table QR code are prepared for that table and must be paid by card online.

Allergies and special requests

Tell us about allergies in the order notes. We prepare food in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. Special requests are best-effort and may not always be possible.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact the restaurant as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Refunds for paid orders are handled at our discretion and processed through Square where approved.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, high demand or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
