What we collect

When you place an order we may collect:

• Name, phone number and email address
• Delivery address and delivery notes (if you choose delivery)
• Order contents, table label (dine-in QR), and special instructions
• Payment confirmation details from our payment provider (Square) — we do not store full card numbers
• Technical data such as browser type and approximate location used for delivery quoting

Why we collect it

• To take, prepare and fulfil your order
• To send order confirmations and updates (if you provide an email)
• To calculate delivery fees and verify serviceable addresses
• To prefill checkout for returning customers when you request a lookup link
• To meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the service: Square (payments), Google (address autocomplete / delivery distance when configured), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Order and customer records are stored on our secure servers. Access is limited to authorised staff. Payment card data is handled by Square under their PCI-compliant processes.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for kitchen operations, customer support and legal/tax requirements, then delete or de-identify them when no longer required.

Your choices

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Contact us using the details below.
